Pardon the dust! This page includes some jargon that hasn't been added to the site's glossary yet. I'll be around to fix this later, but sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime. |

Garfield Kart
Brief thoughts: Players can sabotage other racers by tossing pies or other hazards in their way, but that's about it. |

GenerativeCity Freerun
Fancy a game of hide and go seek? Somewhere in this computer generated city is a red cube, and it's up to you to find it. The tricky part is figuring out how to parkour over the buildings to reach the cube. Brief thoughts: This is more of a tech demo than a full fledged game. |
Geometry Dash
Brief thoughts: This is a difficult game that can easily frustrate someone, and there is always the possibility of something you don't like appearing in a level made by another user. However, both of these issues are under your control, so pick your levels wisely. |
Giana Sisters 2D
Brief thoughts: This is your typical platformer, almost painfully so. Thus, the most objectionable material it has is some mild violence and a few spooky ghosts. |
Glass Masquerade
Brief thoughts: This is a very clean game, with the only concern being what's depicted on a few specific images. These include eastern dragons, a Hindu goddess, and a woman wearing a showy outfit. Note that all of the pictures are done in an art deco style, which limits how much detail they can show. |
Glass Masquerade 2: Illusions
Brief thoughts: This is essentially a stained glass themed jigsaw puzzle game, so the only issues are the images shown - some of which show spooky or scary things. |
Glorkian Warrior: The Trials of Glork
Brief thoughts: This is a silly arcade game with only one real issue - the main character tends to use self-depreciating humor. |
Goat Simulator
Brief thoughts: The main point of this game is just to have fun and mess around, which typically involves using your goat to cause mayhem. While this is usually all in good fun, the player is able to mess with questionable things, like a satanic-looking pentacle that can turn you into a demon-goat if you sacrifice enough humans on it. |
Granny
Brief thoughts: Scary images and bloody decor are the primary problems here, with violent actions being a distant second. |
Grow Home
Brief thoughts: Although players do have the option to torment the local wildlife, you're not required to do any of that. |
Gunman Clive
Brief thoughts: This is an extremely tame game, even though it's about cowboys and robots shooting at each other. |
Gunman Clive 2
Brief thoughts: Like Clive's first adventure, there is very little actual violence to be seen in this game. |
Hearthstone
Hearthstone is a virtual collectible card game based on Blizzard's popular World of Warcraft franchise. Like the real world counterparts, you play this game by collecting cards, strategically grouping them into decks, and "battling" other players in online matches. Brief thoughts: This is a card game where the matches are meant to depict battles between different characters and their armies. Thus, the cards themselves often describe violent acts, fantasy magics, and even fictional demons. But, the biggest issue with this game is that, like many collectible card games, you gain new cards by either earning or purchasing booster packs - and you can use real money to do this. |
The Herbalist
Brief thoughts: Although this game is based around creating magical potions, the biggest concern is the suggestive imagery. It doesn't get pornographic, but it might be more than someone is comfortable with. |
Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders
Brief thoughts: Despite the name, there aren't many references to evil magic. Instead, the main issue is the large amount of blood and gore depicted during the violent gameplay. |
Heroes of Hellas
Brief thoughts: The only real issue with this game is that it's themed after Greek/Roman mythology. |
Hero Siege
Brief thoughts: Blood and gore are a common sight in this game, and while there is an option to reduce the amount of it you'll see, it won't clean everything up. But while the combat can be a big issue, the omnipresent references to demons and Satan (some of which are considered a good thing) makes this game conflict heavily with Christian morals. |
Hexen: Beyond Heretic
Brief thoughts: Most of the characters in this game make frequent use of magic to aid them in their battles, but the large amount of blood and gore is easily the bigger issue here. |
Hexen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel
Brief thoughts: This is an expansion for Hexen, so it shares all of the same problems. In some cases it's actually a little worse, as you're more likely to find dead bodies in these new levels. |
Hidden Expidition Titanic
Brief thoughts: There really isn't anything morally questionable to be found in this game, but at the same time, it's not a fun game, so I wouldn't recommend it anyway. |
Hill Climb Racing
In this fun little game, you try to drive a vehicle as far to the right as possible. Of course, that's not going to be too easy: you'll need to keep your ride fueled and avoid flipping it over. This is easier said than done when you're flying over hills and other obstacles. Brief thoughts: There isn't much to worry about here; at worst, you'll hear the driver's bones snap if you wreck badly enough. There are also advertisements on certain screens, though they are very unobtrusive. |
Hocus Pocus
Hocus Pocus is a young wizard with big dreams. In order to make those dreams a reality, he sets off on a journey across time and space, his eventual goal being the defeat of four of the Wizard Council's greatest foes. Brief thoughts: Magic is omnipresent in this game, though it's mostly reduced to ammunition or specific powerups. A potentially bigger issue is that some of the backgrounds depict demonic or frightening creatures. |
Hollow Knight
Brief thoughts: While the majority of the violence seen in this game isn't anything to write home about, there are a few exceptions. A bigger issue is the way everything is built around magic, with ghosts, spirits, and even a pair of rival "gods" making an appearance. |
Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?!
Brief thoughts: While the main focus of the game is creating weaponry of all sorts, you never actually use them or witness them being used. At most, customers comment on their effectiveness when they provide feedback. More serious issues revolve around references to various deities, magic, and the occasional mildly suggestive outfit. |
House Flipper
Brief thoughts: There are some minor issues with this game - such as a small amount of blood and some g-rated swearing - but nothing is serious enough to warrant much concern. |
Hunting Simulator
Brief thoughts: This is a game about hunting and little more; as such it's not surprising to find some blood, and you'll need to manually retrieve the bodies of any animals you claim. |
InCell VR
Scientists have developed a new way to cure disease: deliver the vaccines directly into the cells before they can become infected! The only catch is that this solution needs to be tested before it can be approved for widespread use, and they need someone to pilot the test flights... Brief thoughts: There's nothing offensive about this game. |
INK
Brief thoughts: This game really doesn't feature any objectionable content; at most, the animated shapes pop into paint splatters when something hits them or they touch something they shouldn't. |
