Glossary Entry: Booster pack

Definition

A booster pack is a small package of additional cards for a collectible card game. These are intended to supplement the cards you already have as opposed to a starter pack, which is meant to be your introduction to the game.

In real life, booster packs can usually be found near the checkout in a pharmacy or grocery store - they look like foil wrapped packages, like baseball cards.
