Definition
This is a catch-all term applied to simple games that are easy to learn, relatively calm, and don't require the user to devote a lot of time to mastering their intricacies.
While there's really nothing wrong with enjoying casual games, hardcore gamers frequently detest them, dismissing them as "bored secretary games" or similar things.
