Calling yourself or someone else "[fill-in-the-blank] trash" is just a silly way of saying that person enjoys something and doesn't particularly care if it's a guilty pleasure or not.

For example, someone who is meme trash enjoys memes a lot, and probably fills their social media pages with them.
