Definition

A mindscrew, also known as a mindf*ck, are concepts and ideas that leave people bewildered or confused, usually because they seem to be divorced from reality.

Typical examples include optical illusions, forms of interpretive dance, art with too much symbolism, quantum mechanics, and just about everything found on the weird side of YouTube.
