Glossary Entry: So bad it's good

Normally, when a movie or game is really bad, it's terrible and insufferable to sit through. However, sometimes the way it's bad can actually make it enjoyable -- though not for reasons any of its creators intended.

An example would be a monster movie that tries so hard to be serious and just ends up being really funny.
