Let's Play

Quick Definition

Video games and the internet go together like peanut butter and jelly. This has led to a new type of YouTube video called a "let's play" video. These are videos of people playing a video game while providing commentary about it.

Some people use more customizable games or sandbox games to tell a story, like a sort of video game themed play or home movie.

People that record Let's Play videos are usually known as Let's Players, and more information about them and some example links are on that definition's page.
